About CleanReset
A free cleaning planner built for ADHD brains: small steps, honest energy modes, and permission to stop. No account, no app, no guilt.
What CleanReset is
CleanReset is a free ADHD cleaning planner that runs entirely in your browser. Pick a room, tell it how much energy you actually have, and it hands you a short list of micro-tasks sized to the minutes you have — then checks off with you, times you if you want it, and prints a paper copy if that is what your brain prefers today.
There is no account, no app to install, and no email wall. Your checkmarks live in your own browser storage, your text never leaves your device, and nothing about the tool requires you to explain yourself to a sign-up form first.
Built around how ADHD brains actually clean
The planner encodes the moves that reliably help: shrinking the first step until it is impossible to argue with ("clear the sink", never "clean the kitchen"), making progress visible as it happens, offering a genuine low-energy mode instead of a shame-soaked "just do more", and treating a stopped session as normal rather than failed.
What it is not: medical advice, a treatment program, or a productivity guilt machine. ADHD is a real condition managed with real clinicians; this is a household tool that respects executive dysfunction and gets out of your way. If a day produces one checked box, that day counted.
How the room pages fit together
The homepage planner generates any room at any energy level. The four room guides — kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room — go deeper on the one space that is bothering you most today. The printable checklist covers the whole house for people who think on paper, and the schedule page assembles a week that survives contact with real life.
